Precedent Longevity
A venture of PulmoVista Clinics
Opening 2027 Greater Kailash I, New Delhi

Measure the baseline. Set the precedent.

A physician-led clinic for preventive and longevity medicine. We measure how your body is ageing across seven clinical systems, then build a plan from your own numbers and track it over years.

Why the name
A precedent is a decided case that guides every case after it. Your first full assessment becomes your reference point. Every later measurement is read against it, not against a population average.
The assessment

Seven pillars, each with a number

Every member is measured across the same seven systems, using clinical-grade testing interpreted by physicians.

  1. 01

    Metabolic health

Insulin resistance, HbA1c, lipid subfractions, body composition
  2. 02

    Cardiorespiratory fitnessSignature

VO₂ max by CPET (mL/kg/min), spirometry, FEV₁ % predicted
  3. 03

    Sleep and recoverySignature

Sleep architecture, AHI (events/hr), oxygen saturation overnight
  4. 04

    Cognitive function

Validated cognitive screening, processing speed, memory
  5. 05

    Hormonal and immune resilience

    Endocrine panel, inflammatory markers
  6. 06

    Musculoskeletal integrity

Grip strength (kg), lean mass, bone density by DEXA
  7. 07

    Radiology and imaging

Targeted imaging chosen by clinical indication
How membership works

Not an annual check-up

A health check tells you whether you are ill today. Membership tracks how fast you are ageing, and whether what we do is changing it.

  1. Step 1

    Measure

A full assessment across all seven pillars. This becomes your baseline.

  2. Step 2

    Interpret

A physician reviews every result with you and sets priorities. Each recommendation is graded by the strength of its evidence.

  3. Step 3

    Re-measure

We repeat the key measures through the year and adjust the plan against your own baseline.

  • Physician-led
  • Evidence-graded
  • Private & confidential
  • Clinical-grade diagnostics

Questions

Before we open

Is Precedent Longevity open to patients?

Not yet. We open in Greater Kailash I, New Delhi in 2027. No clinical services are offered through this website.

How is Precedent related to PulmoVista Clinics?

Precedent Longevity is a venture of PulmoVista Clinics, a respiratory and sleep medicine practice in Greater Kailash I, founded by Dr Dixit Kumar Thakur.

How is this different from an executive health check?

A health check looks for disease at one point in time. Precedent measures function across seven systems, sets a personal baseline, and re-measures through the year to see whether it is changing.
